Release REJECTED (RELR) during release of a Maintenance Order

This post, I will explain the steps to execute, in case SAP SYSTEM is rejecting to RELEASE a Maintenance Order.

Problem: Release REJECTED (RELR) during release of a Maintenance Order

Solution:  

Mostly, this will happen when a Maintenance Order is created on an OBJECT where cost center is not maintained in Master data. Normally, Cost center data is not maintained in Functional locations. So, when a MO is created on a FL or REM object, this problem will arise.  Below screen shot illustrates, how to deal in such a situation.

In a case, when a MO is created on a FL or REM object, at the time of RELEASE, system will direct the USER to the below screen.

    For PR No. 4000008545 & 4000011351 , both are not approved as there is a difference in Total Amount compared to hard copy of ENG-27.

    Actually what mistake we did is : instead of entering the prorata amount for refilling one FE ,we have entered the total amount. The Refilling amount for one FE is to be corrected.

    In PR no 4000008545 , rate for refilling one FE (Including VAT) is to be changed as Rs.566.77p

    In PR No. 4000011351 , 3 line items to be included : They are :
    1] 10 Line item : Rate for refilling 4.5Kg FE - Rs.566.77p for 6 (QTY) FE
    2] 20 Line item : Rate for refilling 3Kg FE - Rs.377.85p for 2 (QTY) FE
    3] 30 Line item : Rate for replacement of Horns for 4.5Kg FE - Rs.343.50p for 2 (QTY) FE

    Please give the guidelines for changing the above PRs which are not approved.
